Planning your event

We'll review your risk assessment, agree staffing ratios with the licensing authority if needed and produce a deployment plan showing where every officer stands and when. On the day a named event manager runs the team and reports to you.

How far ahead should I book?

Two weeks is ideal for large events. Small events can often be staffed at 24–48 hours' notice.

Yes. We'll review yours or draft one with you as part of the quote.

Are your event staff SIA licensed?

All staff in licensable roles hold a valid SIA licence. Stewarding roles that don't require a licence are filled by trained, briefed staff under licensed supervision.
