Titans by Fàdé was founded by security professionals who were tired of agencies that over-promised and under-staffed. We run a smaller, hand-picked team, verify every licence ourselves, and keep a 24-hour control room so a client can always reach a real person.
How we vet staff
- SIA licence checked on the public register before the first shift and monthly after
- Five-year employment history and right-to-work checks
- Enhanced DBS for residential and education work
- In-person interview and a supervised trial shift
Accreditations and insurance
Our founder holds SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) licences, and every operative we deploy is licensed for the role they perform. Public and employer's liability insurance is in place, with certificates available on request.
Founder-led: Mustapha Fadeyi
Titans by Fàdé is run by its founder, Mustapha Fadeyi, who still works the door and supervises shifts. That means the person quoting your job is the person responsible for delivering it, and there is no account manager between you and the team on the night.
Mustapha holds SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licences and has worked doors at pubs, bars and clubs across Central and South London.
