Tell us the venue, the nights and hours, and how many supervisors your licence requires. We'll confirm named staff in writing, and the same team returns each week wherever possible so they get to know your regulars and your problems. For one-off events and private parties we can usually help with 24 hours' notice.
Licensing and compliance
Every supervisor holds a current SIA Door Supervisor licence, which we verify before their first shift, and has completed the updated physical intervention training. We keep a full record of licence numbers and expiry dates on file for your licensing authority.
